Staff and owner are very friendly and approachable! They were able to help us with our questions. Room is very clean and cleaned well. Definitely top tier services. There is a night market about a couple mins away and convenience stores nearby.

The lady in the reception was charming that's all.

The room was awful the noise was to loud. The ac was terrible didn't work and when it did it made electrical issues.

Nice and clean rooms. Surprised to find this kind of spacious room for this cheap price in Patong Phuket. But we like the location the best, because nearby got Supercheap supermarket which we bought most of our souvenir snacks at low prices, and walking distance to Banzaan Night Market (the coconut ice cream with unlimited toppings at this night market is so yummy!)

Property near by Patong beach 10min walk & 10 min walk to all Indian restaurants . I like the staff very helpful. Especially Manager who waited for me as I checked in quite late due to passport control delay at airport. Lovely staff.

This hotel is amazing. Between two reservations i stayed for almost a month and i can't think of a single negative thing to say. The rooms are comfortable, the location is great and just a short walk from everything i needed to reach, and the staff are the friendliest and best people i have met. Mei and Thae, thank you for being such perfect hosts and being so helpful and patient with us, and we will definitely be returning when we can! Id give 15/10 if i could.

My friend recommended this place to me, and I would totally agree it was a great recommendation for a good budget hotel stay in Patong Phuket. The location was great, walking distance to everything in Patong , near Banzaan Night Market. Beds were comfy to sleep in and room was clean . Comes with table to work on laptop, hot shower and nice cold Aircon. Staff was always smiling and friendly to us. Overall highly recommended!

Bed is loaded with bed bugs, I didn’t sleep on the bed. I booked another hotel 1 hour after I checked in

The room was larger than other budget hotels in this area, is clean and had strong Aircond. WiFi was strong and good! Comfortable bed too with nice swan towel decoration..Staff were friendly and helpful with great local tips like yummy Thai food. For the price, it’s excellent value—a clean, comfortable stay and not expensive!

The 2 ladies working at the hotel were very nice. The way they try to help makes up for all the minor flows of the property ( slow shower drainage for example). I also loved being able to wash my clothing as they had drying racks in front of each room for minor washings.If I ever come back again.. It would be because of how kind the staff were.

The staff are very friendly, hospitable and helpful and always help us with anything – whether it’s recommending places to eat/visit, booking tour, or book taxi for us.The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable, with a cozy bed. We had a peaceful and nice sleep and the air-cond worked well, and the hi speed Wi-Fi. I also loved the free snacks and fresh towels upon request. Housekeeping is available upon request daily.The location is perfect and convenient, near to everything , just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall and Supercheap store, and many restaurants and banzaan markets nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so we can really relax well after our PhiPhi tour.For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal. It’s clean, comfortable, well-located, and has some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have met. If you're looking for a great budget stay in Patong, this is the place! The staff was helpful but its weird when we asked about tuktuk, she said cannot get there. Then we walked around and there's a lot of tuktuk. Communication is a problem as she doesnt really speak english. But she tried.

There is no door/curtains separator in the toilet so the shower will make the toilet wet. A bit far from Patong beach actually to walk there. Have to get a tuktuk/taxi. TV can't turn on.

I am very satisfied with this small but impactful value for money hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrive, we were greeted with warm smiles, cookies, sweets and genuine care from the staff, making us feel instantly at home.We stay in a very spacious room with (a King size bed and extra sofabed).The hotel also provide daily housekeeping or upon request. The room and bathroom looks modern, and smell good as there are perfume diffuser in their room too. This is a plus for me and my partner because we are very particular about cleanliness and we came across some hotel rooms in Patong that look very old. Their room is exactly as per their photo. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and the air-conditioning works well.The hotel also provide complimentary toiletries and free snacks to their guests. I found the high speed Wi-Fi connection very strong throughout the property as i worked occasional in between the day.This hotel is also in a good and central location - very near to local market Banzaan market and Jungceylon shopping mall. It took us around 5 minutes to walk there. There are two 7-11 stores just 2 minutes walk away and Bangla road is 10-15 minutes walk.The place is also slightly away from the bustling nightlife, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring.For us this hotel provide very exceptional service, the staff and management go above and beyond to make our stay well. They help us book a good Phi Phi tour and even help us to book taxi to airport !We love this hotel with its exceptional value for money. It’s not just about the clean rooms, great location, or friendly staff—it’s about the warmth, care, and dedication poured towards their customer. we will definitely return to this hotel again!

The location is convenient—close to all the main spots in Patong, like the Banzaan Seafood Market, Jungceylon Mall, and just a 10-minute walk to Patong Beach. The hotel isn’t on the main street, so it’s quiet enough for a good night’s sleep, which was really important for me. The rooms were clean, spacious (bigger than most Phuket hotels), and comfortable enough. The WIFI of this hotel was strong and fast. I liked that they provided a TV, safe, snacks, & a large table for our makeup. Plus, the owner was so friendly and even gave us snacks & drinks during check-in, which was such a nice touch. It made me feel really welcome.Overall, a great budget-friendly hotel.Highly recommended, and me and our friends will definitely return here next time!

As approx everywhere in Patong,yo have construction near by. It might be a bit noisy during the day. But is bearable. :)
